BlueLight Commercial is undertaking a procurement procedure on behalf of the National Police Air Service (NPAS) with the Contracting Authority intended to be West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) to award a contract for the provision of an Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) Managed Service Provision as a trial to assess the feasibility of delivering police air support via UAS as detailed in the ITT Statement of Requirements document. The Contracting Authority for any contract as a result of this procurement procedure is intended to be West Yorkshire Combined Authority.
