Any resulting framework agreement will be considered as made in England according to English Law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts;
The Contracting Authority is not liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest in or tendering for this framework agreement including but not limited to where the award procedure is cancelled or adjusted for any reason.
No reimbursement of costs shall be available. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in sterling and all payments made in relation to the procurement must be in sterling.
