The objective is to deliver the Business focussed training to adults 19+ in the workplace who do not have a level 2 maths or numeracy qualification with two work packages:

• Designing and delivering innovative numeracy programmes together with employers – including courses designed to cover specific numeracy skills required in the workplace

• Train and support numeracy champions embedded within workplaces to identify and support staff needs, triage skills needs, signpost to new & existing programmes, provide mentoring/buddy support.
