South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) has a responsibility to ensure patients who have died in its hospitals have a funeral. This includes Adults, Babies and Early Pregnancy Losses.
Through this tender we are inviting applications from companies who provide Funeral Services to arrange hospital funded funerals and with the support of our staff. It is important that there is a good working relationship between the Funeral Service and Trust staff to ensure patients funeral are conducted with dignity and sensitivity.
