**The outline requirement is still in review however we have provided the following information to help bidders review and consider if they would be in a position to submit a bid at ITT stage.**

Current Outline Requirement

The supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of refrigeration equipment (+2°C to +8°C temp range) and vaccine porter/carrier systems.

Equipment/products must conform to the requirements of appropriate and relevant legislation, guidelines and regulations e.g. (but not limited to)

-Quality Management System (BSI ISO9001 accreditation or equivalence)

-Environmental Management System (BSI ISO14001 accreditation or equivalence)

-Safety Requirements for Electrical Equipment (BSEN61010 or equivalence) - where applicable to products submitted

-Ethical Trading Standards (ETI or equivalence)

-COSHH - Control of Substances Hazardous to Health 1989

-Confirmation that equipment is CFC, HFC and HCFC free - where applicable to products submitted

-Confirmation on compliance to the Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2006 - where applicable to products submitted

-CE Marking

-Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC

-DH Green Book and Health Protection Scotland Document

Bids to support all products within each Lot (note suppliers may bid for individual or both Lots).
