ProcurePublic is preparing to initiate a Framework tender for Vacant Property Security, Building Security services, including Fencing, Screens, CCTV, Guardians & Mansafe. The framework will succeed the 'Security and Vacant Property Framework' and will be open to all public sector bodies as classified by the latest Office for National Statistics (ONS) classification guide.

The framework will cover a wide range of services aimed at ensuring security and safety across various public sector properties. These services include but are not limited to:
General Security Services: Comprehensive security solutions including security guards.
Vacant Property Security: Protection and monitoring to prevent unauthorised access and safeguard against vandalism or theft.
Vacant Site Security: Security measures for unoccupied construction sites or other vacant land areas.
Guardian Services: Involving the deployment of guardians to occupy vacant properties, providing live-in security
Mansafe systems: implemented to prevent falls and ensure the safety of personnel working at heights.
CCTV Towers: Installation and monitoring of CCTV towers for surveillance purposes.
