This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally modified as follows:
Additional recurrent talking therapies activity, totalling 1222 cases, increasing the contractual activity from 5685 to 6907 at an additional cost of £784,682.
Additional investment from the Autumn Statement Fair Shares allocation and 25/26 innovation bids totalling £214,761.
The modification as detailed above was approved by the MHPC Commissioning Committee and no conflicts of interest were declared.
