Tenders are invited on behalf of SWBH for the Provision of Clinical Pharmacist Support.

The Trust is looking to appoint a supplier to provide a clinical pharmacist support service to our general practice patients in extended hour periods. The objective will be to treat patients who have booked an appointment with a clinical pharmacist to address an issue relating to their medication. The Successful Bidder will treat patients by telephone remotely using SystmOne. The Successful Bidder will fulfil this contract by providing appropriately qualified clinical pharmacists to deliver the service.
