(a) Mooring and unmooring services for all vessels coming into the Port that request that ABP provides boatmen. Such Services shall be provided by the Contractor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and include pre-use bollard checks and confirm over VHF that checks have been made. Boatmen will confirm their attendance on the designated berth at least 20min prior to arrival/departure of the vessel;
