The contract starts on the 26th January 2026 and ends on the 31st March 2026.

six.3) Additional information

This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.

The Trust have been mandated to reduce the number of children and young people on the waiting list for NDD Assessment by 31st March 2026. This is part of the Q4 NHS England sprint to reduce 65 and 52 weeks waits to zero by the end of March 2026. This award is due to an unforeseen circumstance which has meant that the Trust has had to mobilise quickly.
