For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
The Trust have been mandated to reduce the number of children and young people on the waiting list for NDD Assessment by 31st March 2026. This is part of the Q4 NHS England sprint to reduce 65 and 52 weeks waits to zero by the end of March 2026. This award is due to an unforeseen circumstance which has meant that the Trust has had to mobilise quickly.
