Provide high quality, equitable, cost-effective integrated all age drug and alcohol services that is part of a Suffolk health and social care system that addresses population need and contributes to a reduction in inequalities in health and life chances. The services will provide a combination of a universal offer and targeted approach that delivers specialist treatment and reduction of harm to substance users and affected others. Key areas of focus will be using innovation to:• Meet the needs of underserved groups and those with complexity/ vulnerability/ co-occurring conditions• Increase access at place, • Increase targeted outreach• Integrate multi-disciplinary approaches across our local system• Realise opportunities to embed prevention• Develop a skilled workforce Contract Start Date: 1st April 2024Please Note -This request does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services.
