The modified additional contract term will commence on 1st July 2022, expiring on 30th September 2023.

This modification is required to meet the additional demands of Scottish Health and Social Care sector during the current Covid-19 pandemic and to maintain necessary supply due to circumstances unforeseen by the Authority in line with Regulation 72(1)(c) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
