The Framework Agreement will cover the period from 11.5.2018 to 10.5.2021 with an option to extend for an additional 24 months

seven.2) Other additional information

YPO has modified its Framework in line with Regulation 71(1)(c) to extend the term for an additional 12 months.

In accordance with the requirements of Regulation 33(3) to justify a framework longer than 4 years, exceptional, unforeseen circumstances have forced the requirement to extend the Framework for an additional year following a request from YPO customers to ensure the continued supply of aviation fuel to the emergency services during that extension period. Failure to extend the Framework would result in no secure or established route to market for a specialised product during a turbulent trading period affected by global events which has the potential to cause significant harm to public health if not extended.

To minimise the impact of the extension YPO will soon be engaging with interested suppliers to establish a replacement solution as soon as possible.
