The Council wishes to invite tender responses for the Provision of an Information, Advice and Support Service for people with a Visual and/or Hearing Impairment. The Service will be delivered across North and West Northamptonshire, due to a Partnership between North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) and West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) to provide these services.

The Information, Advice and Support Service for people with a Visual and/or Hearing Impairment will be commissioned as two lots:

- Lot 1 - Information, Advice and Support Services for people with a Visual Impairment

- Lot 2 - Information, Advice and Support Services for people with a Hearing Impairment

The successful Supplier(s) is expected to support North Northamptonshire Council's long-term vision: North Northamptonshire: A place where everyone has the best opportunities and quality of life, and West Northamptonshire Council's vision: to make West Northants a great place to live, work, visit and thrive.

In addition to the above potential Suppliers are expected to align with North Northamptonshire Council's Adult Social Care Strategy and support the use of the three conversations model.

The Supplier is to provide a range of services as outlined in the service specification, for adults throughout Northamptonshire who are visually, hearing or dual sensory impaired. The service provided may be delivered to an individual on a one-to-one basis, as part of group-based work, or as part of a community activity.
