two.2.4) Description of the procurement

We are looking to carry out a kitchen replacement program for our stock to supply and install new kitchens, upgrade electrics into occupied properties.

In the first three years there are in the region of 800 kitchens , however the scope is indicative only and the estimated values may increase or decrease. Clyde valley housing will not be held liable for any alteration to the scope of the project

the works will involve surveys to existing kitchens , preparations of plans , installation of new kitchens with associated floorcoverings and decoration works.
