North West London Integrated Care Board (NWL ICB) has awarded a contract to People, Potential, Possibilities (trading as P3) to provide Emotional Health Wellbeing Intervention Services for Children and Young People aged 13 to 25.
The contract will commence on 6th January 2025 for a period of 18 months. Subject to satisfactory performance and at the sole discretion of NWL ICB, the contract can be extended for up to 12 months. The maximum value including any extension periods is £679,165.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

NHS North West London Integrated Care Board (“NHS NWL”) (the "Authority") requires the provision of an early intervention and prevention service to provide a fast and timely response for CYP with emotional wellbeing and mental health disorders.

The service provides a faster referral to treatment response than statutory services as children are treated within 10 days of referral and helps to reduce demand and increase capacity within specialist CAMHS (Tier 3).

The services fall under the Light Touch Regime under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (as amended (“PCR”). A procurement process akin to an open procedure was undertaken by Northwest London Integrated Care Board, in accordance with the PCR. The process commenced with a Publication of a Contract notice, reference 2024/S 000-020067.
