two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Birmingham Metropolitan College (BMET) is a college offering a wide range of courses for people of all ages across seven campuses in Birmingham. The College are seeking a cleaning contractor to provide cleaning services at five of their campuses:

- Matthew Boulton Campus, Jennens Road, Birmingham B4 7PS.

- Sutton Coldfield Campus, 34 Lichfield Rd, Sutton Coldfield B74 2NW

- James Watt College, Aldridge Rd, Great Barr, B44 8NE

- Erdington Skills Centre, Edwards Rd, Birmingham B24 9EW

- Birmingham Botanical Gardens, Westbourne Rd, Birmingham B15 3TR

The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years, commencing from Monday 1st October 2022 with the option to extend this for up to a further 2 years. This option will be measured against achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators from day one of the contract.
