The requirements have been split into three Lots with Suppliers able to bid for any number of Lots:
Lot 1: Woven Fabric (estimated annual spend £3,000,000)
Lot 2: Knitted Fabric (estimated annual spend £2,100,000)
Lot 3: Hessian, Twine & Polypropylene (estimated annual spend £400,000)
