Description
Doris Robinson Court site, is an affordable residential scheme for over 55's for independent living. It is located in Meir with a council owned bungalow complex in the immediate vicinity, in line with proposed designs.
Apartments are designed to accessible and adaptable standards and are a mix of one and two bedroom.
Contract is for works associated with the construction of a 46-unit apartment block, associated landscaping, external works and internal fit out.

Stoke-on-Trent City Council has carried out the following engagement with the market to develop a sourcing strategy for the appointment of a principle contractor to develop and undertake the construction of the Doris Robinson Court site;
