This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 23:59 on 07 October 2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR. No contract will be awarded until after the end of the standstill period.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the competitive process.
The contract has been awarded 27 January 2025. The contract is expected to run from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2040 with an initial contract duration of 5 years and two possible extensions of up to 5 years each.
The expected value of the contract is £60,039,855 (exclusive of VAT).
One representation was received during the standstill period. The Relevant Authority convened a review panel and the final award decision was for the Relevant Authority to proceed with the award of the contract. No conflicts of interest were declared during the review process.
