North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS England and NHS Improvement North West (The Contract Authority) and NHS Morecambe Bay Clinical Commissioning Group (the Commissioner); who has full delegated authority to commission an Alternative Provider Medical Service (APMS) to be delivered from Windermere and Bowness Medical Practice.

The commissioner wishes to invite all interested providers to attend a virtual bidder event to be held prior to the procurement process, which will include information regarding the service and the medical practice and an overview of the procurement process and associated documentation, including information to support submission of bids.

This event will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 20 April 2021, between 10am and 11.30am.

If you are interested, please register your attendance via the In-Tend portal, providing your organisation name as well as names and email addresses of all attendees.

Deadline for registering attendance is 12 noon on Friday 16 April 2021 and Microsoft Teams invites will be issued on or before Monday 19 April 2021.
