two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Lot 2 - Kennelling Service - The Contractor shall provide a kennelling service covering Blackburn with Darwen Borough.

The Contractor shall provide kennels in a geographical range within 1 hours travel by motor vehicle from the point on the Boundary nearest to the Kennels. This time limit has been set to facilitate Blackburn with Darwen residents collecting their Dogs and also to keep the time Dogs must travel in a vehicle to a minimum.
