The University is looking for a Supplier to deliver the following occupational health services (OHS) for the University’s applicants/students on behalf of the University:· Prospective student (applicant) screening assessment;· Programme related student immunisation and vaccination services;· Fitness to undertake study, clinical practice placement and / or assessment.· Student referrals following on from any health-related matters including pregnancy related issues.· Providing an end-to-end service from referral to full immunisation clearance for placements.

Anglia Ruskin University Higher Education Corporation will incorporate a voluntary 10-day standstill period under Regulation 87 into the award process. UK Legislation provides a mechanism for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or who are at risk of harm by Anglia Ruskin University Higher Education Corporation's breach of the Regulations to take action in the High Court. Any such action should be brought promptly and in any event within 30 days of the date the tenderer knew or ought to have known that grounds for starting proceedings have arisen. The procedures and grounds for appeal are set out in Regulation 92.Please note that for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, this contract is a below-threshold Light Touch Regime contract. ARU has chosen to voluntarily run a two-stage competition to identify the most economically advantageous tender. Parts 2 and 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations do not apply to this procurement.
