Description

This planned procurement notice is to give as much advance information to the market as possible with regards to the upcoming procurement of servicing and maintenance of Nottingham University Hospital NHS Trust (The Trust)'s medical gas pipeline systems (MGPS). It is envisaged this will assist potentially interested contractors to determine if the planned procurement exercise is something that they wish to bid for, and to provide maximum time for preparation. The contract is to ensure the Trust complies with HTM 02-01 as well as applicable standards and relevant legislation to enable the provision of safe and MGPS for administering of medical gases (E.g. oxygen) to patients under the care of the Trust. The value of any contract exceeding the estimated values in the tender notice(s) as a result of: - no of call outs exceeding those estimated in the tender documents. - additional MGPS systems brought into scope of the contract (e.g. MGPS systems installed at the property following completion of a separate building project, or additional sites coming into scope as a result of any requirement to collaborate with the Trust's wider Integrated Care Board (ICB).
