Reason for not signing contract
The University of Wolverhampton hereby gives notice that it has terminated the above procurement procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
Following completion of the technical evaluation stage, the University undertook a further internal review of its requirements. As a result of this review, it was identified that the existing specification requires material revision to ensure alignment with the University's developing Digital Strategy.
Accordingly, the University has taken the decision to abandon the current procurement process, and no contract award will be made under this procedure.
