Compliant Procurement Solutions Ltd (CPS) is seeking to establish a framework to provide energy and water broker services for the benefit of CPS and all UK Contracting Authorities.

It is the intention that this Framework will be on a sole supply basis onto one lot that will combine both 1) Energy and Water Procurement Broker Services and 2) Energy and Water Bill Validation and Bureau Services.
