Tate wishes to seek suitable tenders to replace our current HR Information System with a up-to-date, fit for purpose and ‘all encompassing’ system. The new system should have modules for all core HR areas which are currently spread across multiple systems and offline management, such as HR – employee management and records, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Self Service, Manager’s Portal, Learning & Development, Performance Management.

Tate wishes to seek suitable tenders to replace our current HR Information System with a up-to-date, fit for purpose and ‘all encompassing’ system. The new system should have modules for all core HR areas which are currently spread across multiple systems and offline management. The successful provider will be required to provide consultancy and implementation support to the transition out of the present system, along with ongoing support and consultancy related to ongoing development. It is intended that the tender documents will be available in early April 2023, with a contract award coming in June 2023, followed by a full go-live date in November 2023.
