The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) apply considering the overall contract value and previous modifications. On the basis of the information provided there would appear to be convincing reasons to modify this contract due to the current circumstances regarding the transition from one service to the other under the LECN project being progressed by the Home Office.
