Cornwall Council is seeking a provider to deliver a comprehensive travel behavioural change programme to secure the mode shift associated with significant Council capital investment and externally funded walking, cycling and public transport infrastructure improvements.
This will require officers dedicated to liaising with key employers, schools, colleges and community groups, utilising proven promotion and engagement techniques to encourage and enable uptake of the new infrastructure investment and encourage an increase in walking, cycling and public transport use. The requirement also includes advising on how best to accommodate walkers and cyclists and public transport users in planned new infrastructure and network development.
