As per Reg 32.2 (b)(iii) - Telent Technology Services has exclusive rights to provide the software security upgrade to the MODAS server infrastructure currently used by NIFRS, as this supplier holds the intellectual property rights and source code and therefore is the only supplier that can provide this service.
