Each of these criteria applied an equal weighting of 20% with sub-criteria applied a proportional % allocation.

Current performance assessed against a threshold score of 50% of the available score for each key criteria (ie 10%).

Potential future performance assessed against a threshold of 75% of teh available score for each criteria (ie 15%)
