The requirement is to remove waste on behalf of the Authority. This is a large warehouse illegally filled

with waste under an environmental permit between 2013 and 2015 and is a high risk fire site.

Phase I: Technical feasibility and planning. This is a desk based study to determine the structural

integrity of all buildings, to provide a costed plan for the testing and assessment of waste and establish

where the waste can be taken off site.

Phase II: Clearance of waste from all areas that do not require construction and/or demolition to safely

access and remove waste.

Phase III: Clearance of waste from buildings which do require construction and/or demolition to safely

access and remove waste.
