Description

The contractor shall provide a vehicle damage repair service on a non-exclusive basis for all vehicles leased to the Authority, the property of, or in the custody or control of the Force. Vehicle damage repairs shall include all inspection, adjustment, restoration and replacement of assemblies and components used to construct a complete vehicle.

Framework operation description

A maximum of 3 suppliers will be awarded to the Framework (3 highest scoring tenderers).

When awarding a call-off, the Authority will apply the following criteria in sequence:

1. Suitability

• The supplier must be able to meet the specific requirements of the call-off (e.g., technical capability, geographic coverage, relevant specialism).

• If more than one supplier is suitable, the Authority will proceed to the next criterion.

2. Availability

• Among suitable suppliers, the Authority will identify which supplier(s) can deliver the requirement within the required timeframe.

• If more than one supplier is available, the Authority will proceed to the next criterion.

3. Cost

• Where multiple suppliers remain suitable and available, the suppler offering the lowest total cost (in line with Framework pricing schedules) will be awarded the call-off.
