The Purchase of Ex-Military Temporary Bridges has been awarded using the Negotiated Procedure without Prior Publication (NPwPP) as , following market research FLS has identified only one possible supplier available at this time. This NPwPP meets the requirements of The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015; Regulation 33(1)(b)(ii) as there is only one supplier who has the particular specialist bridge that FLS requires in stock. Other potential suppliers were investigated but did not have available stock.
