Under the Construction Works Framework, contractors will undertake various types of construction works at the University to include but not limited to; demolition, new build, refurbishment, decoration and landscaping/external works. Works on the Construction Works Framework will let under 4 Lots of ranging values from £1 up to £20,000,000.
