two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Southwark Council is undertaking a market exploration to understand the scope and nature of the market for Independent travel training for young people aged between 16-25 years with special educational needs.

The Council has prepared an information gathering questionnaire which has been uploaded to the ProContract portal. Interested parties are requested to complete the questionnaire and return it via the portal not later than 12.00 noon on Friday 15th March 2024.

This is NOT the commencement of a procurement procedure, nor does this notice and questionnaire constitute a call for competition to procure any services for the Council, and the Council is not bound to accept any proposals offered. The Council is not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in this request for information exercise. Any procurement of any services by the Council in the future, will be carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
