six.3) Additional information

NHS Vale of York Clinical Commissioning Group and NHS North Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group intend to enter into a contract with Vocare Ltd for the delivery of GP Out of Hours for Scarborough, Ryedale, and Vale of York, as well as Urgent Treatment Centres for York and Scarborough, upon completion of a 10 day voluntary standstill period which will commence on the date of the publication of this notice and conclude midnight on 21 March 2022.

It is intended that commissioning of future services will be undertaken in line with relevant legislation.
