We are inviting organisations to participate in a market engagement session to establish supplier interest in delivering a potential multi-year market awareness and provider preparedness project to assist in the introduction of a new regulatory regime for providers of supported accommodation for young people.

The pre-market engagement will be carried out in three parts:

1. Part 1 will take place on 22/03/2022 (10:00-11:00) and provide all registered suppliers with an overview of the requirements and the policy background related to this project.

2. Part 2 will be 1-2-1 sessions with interested suppliers providing the opportunity to engage with the DfE, where we invite and welcome conversation and Q&A. The 1-2-1 events will take place from 28/03/2022 to 14/04/2022. The registration deadline for Part 2 is 17:00 on 25/03/2022, full details are provided in the attached document.

3. Part 3 will invite all interested suppliers to participate in the final session outlining the full requirements of the procurement. *

We are keen to engage with potential suppliers through these sessions to discuss innovative and creative approaches to delivering this project, which will assist us in developing any future plans. Additional information is available in the attachments section.

Please note: a set of questions will be distributed to interested suppliers during part one of the pre-market engagement event, which will be discussed in part two.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

This notice is solely to provide information for a three part pre-market engagement event.

The Department for Education are looking to run a three part pre-market engagement event to understand the market landscape within this area and get thoughts and ideas on the programme from interested suppliers.

Part 1 will provide interested supplier with an overview of the programme.

Part 2 will be a series of 1-2-1 sessions with interested suppliers whereby the Department will ask a series of questions regarding the programme. These questions will be provided to supplier in Part 1. The Department is looking for suppliers to bring ideas and conversation to these sessions.

Part 3 will provide interested suppliers with detailed information regarding the specification and procurement whereby we will also invite conversation and Q&A.
