two.2.4) Description of the procurement

This will Include the supply & installation nationwide of:

? Replacement timber flat front fire doorsets, and

? Replacement timber internal communal fire doorsets (including riser and cupboard doors) to residential and non-residential properties owned, managed, or leased by Riverside and any future framework partner. Any locking system required to communal fire doors must be agreed with Riverside, with suited keys used whenever possible matching existing doors. Communal door types will include: single doors, double doors, single with side panel, single with half leaf.
