Swansea Council is seeking interest from providers who are suitably qualified and experienced to deliver a wide range of support services. These can range from statutory assessments to holistic therapies. The Council is looking for a following comprehensive and wide-ranging list of support services:-

Lot 1: Independent Social Worker

Lot 4: Psychologist – Child and Adolescent

Lot 9: Practitioner in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP).

Lot 10: Practitioner in Theraplay

Lot 11: Specialist Occupational Therapist / Sensory Attachment Practitioner

Lot 12: Licenced CUBAS Assessor

Swansea Council is refreshing certain lots of the framework agreement for Therapies and Assessments for Social Services Child and Family team.

Swansea Council will be re-opening the the following Lots:-

Lot 1: Independent Social Worker

Lot 4: Psychologist – Child and Adolescent

Lot 9: Practitioner in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP).

Lot 10: Practitioner in Theraplay

Lot 11: Specialist Occupational Therapist / Sensory Attachment Practitioner

The Council intends to let a pseudo framework agreement under Regulations 74 to 77 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Light Touch Regime. The Council is awarding a contract, which allows flexibility while complying with Treaty principles of transparency and equal treatment of providers.

— Click on the ITT code. You can now access any attachments by clicking the “Settings and Buyer Attachments” in the “Actions” box.

3. Responding to the invitation to tender:

— You can now choose to “Reply” or “Reject” (please give a reason if rejecting).

— You can now use the “Messages” function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification.

— Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the ITT.

— There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available).
