Norfolk County Council wishes to procure an open framework with a range of different providers to deliver day opportunities in Norfolk. The framework will be for 5 years from May 2023, with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years subject to agreement of Norfolk County Council with the service providers. We are initially opening this Framework for the provision of service for Adults with Learning Disability and/or Autism under Lot 1, and it is intended that additional detailed service delivery pathways will be added to Lot 1 in the future. It is also intended that additional lots will added in the future to cover services for other client groups (Older People, Mental Health, Physical Disabilities).

Norfolk County Council wishes to procure an open framework with a range of different providers delivering life opportunities in Norfolk. The framework will be for 5 years from April 2023, with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years subject to agreement of Norfolk County Council with the service providers. The Council is subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and will be carrying out this procurement in accordance with the Light Touch Regime which applies to social services. We are initially opening this Framework for the provision of service for People with Learning Disability and or Autism (PWLDA) under Lot 1. We intend for this lot to reopen for new applications after the initial opening and remain open for new applications for the duration of the Framework. We intend to hold a standstill period for the initial opening only.
