This Prior Information Notice (“PIN”) has been published by the Procurement and Logistics Service (“PaLS”) Regional Business Services Organisation (“BSO”) on behalf of the Trust. The purpose of this PIN is to raise awareness of a planned procurement. The Trust wishes to inform the market that it is planning to procure the provision of Domiciliary Care Services in the Trust area. This notice relates to the planned procurement of services classified as ‘Social and Other Specific Services’ under Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (“the PCR”) which will be subject to the provisions of Chapter 3, section 7 of the PCR, otherwise known as the Light Touch Regime (“LTR”). It is anticipated that the tender will be advertised in late summer / early autumn 2023. Please note the ‘Estimated date of publication of contract notice’ in Section II.3) of this notice is estimated and is subject to change. This notice has been placed for advertising purposes only. The procurement exercise will be conducted in accordance with the information contained in any final published tender documentation. Interested tenderers are advised to ensure they are registered on the eTendersNI portal where any tender opportunity will be advertised. There is no guarantee a procurement process will run.
