Scope
Description
Flintshire County Council are tendering for the provision of supervision services for out-of-hours highway operations, including the oversight of emergency response. The appointed contractor will be responsible for supervising incidents and operations that occur outside of normal working hours, ensuring effective coordination of resources, safety compliance, and timely communication with the Local Authority.
