North of England CPC (NOECPC) and NHS London Procurement Partnership (LPP) are inviting Suppliers the opportunity to provide NHS Trusts, Mental Health Trusts and ICBs with a fully compliant Supplementary Clinical & Healthcare Services Framework for the delivery of patient care. The service aims are;

• The delivery of high-quality treatment that is safe and effective in CQC certified facilities.

• To facilitate delivery of patient pathway from referral to treatment whilst avoiding any further delays to patients.

• To provide the relevant clinical or non-clinical staff, where appropriate, and to perform clinical and support activities including administration, diagnostics and further therapies.

• Support Participating Authorities in identifying service pathways that may reduce inappropriate referrals.

• To provide appropriate reporting of services provided to assist in the reporting to Commissioners.

• To work closely with Participating Authorities to foster a positive working relationship with the goal being to maximise the effectiveness of appropriate evidence based care.

• To help ensure Participating Authorities’ Key Performance Indicators are maintained.

These requirements of these services are for the Provision of Supplementary Clinical & Healthcare Services on Provider Premises only.

The framework is anticipated to run from May/June 2026 to May/June 2030 (4 years).

Bidders should note that the NOECPC retain absolute discretion as to whether to accept any offer following evaluation. The NOE CPC is not bound in any way to accept any and reserves the right to make no further contract award under this procurement process.
