two.1.4) Short description

The London Borough of Lewisham is seeking to commission Adventure Playgrounds Service provisions for four of its existing sites (The Dumps; Home Park; Honour Oak and Ladywell Fields). Richard MacVicar is leased to another Provider, but the Provider is expected to run services at that site subject to negotiations and agreement with the leaseholder.

It is expected that the successful tenderer will be awarded the contract in June 2024, with the service going live on 1st September 2024. This agreement is for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further two years.

To be considered as a Tenderer you must complete and submit a Tender by the deadline of 12 Noon on 2nd April 2024. Please allow sufficient time to make your return, as Tender submissions cannot be uploaded and submitted after this return deadline.

This contract will be procured through an Open Procedure under the light touch regime in line with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
