To assist the Employer in ensuring:

1.1. Compliance with the current Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) and all other construction related statutory requirements and best practice.

1.2. Compliance with the full requirements of the House's Combined Safety Policy and H and S Policy.

1.3. Those delivering construction projects and works on behalf of the Employer understand their duties and fulfil their CDM Client Role through the provision of appropriate construction safety advice and support.

1.4. Specialist H and S consultancy services are provided on a call-off basis to assist those delivering projects, the Construction Safety Assurance Team and where requested the Parliamentary Safety Team to manage all aspects of construction safety.

1.5. Collaboration with others providing construction safety advice and support across the Estate.
