two.1.4) Short description

In partnership with East Riding of Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (ERYCCG), East Riding of Yorkshire Council (ERYC) is commissioning an Integrated Public Health Nursing Service delivering the Healthy Child Programme and supporting children and families from 0-19 (25 for SEND). The service is to commence on 1 April 2022 for an initial term of 5 years, with options to extend for up to a further 2 years. The service to be commissioned by ERYC will support children and their families in the East Riding from conception to 19/25 years, utilising the specialist skills of health visiting and school nursing among others within an integrated seamless pathway approach. The service will also include Children Looked After Health Assessments commissioned by East Riding of Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group

The tender will be procured through an open procedure on the Yortender system, and is scheduled to be advertised in early May 2021, with the intention that the award notification is published in November 2021.

The combined budget for this service will be approximately 3880000 GPB per annum.
