This requirement is based on a fixed fee contract to commission the organs for the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and to deliver the following outcomes:

•The design, build, delivery, installation and maintenance of an high quality organs

•The provision of maintenance and tuning of the instruments throughout the contract duration

•The parts of the organ complying with the University Environmental Policy
