Explanation:
The Department for Economy requires Oracle license support for the Invest NI’s Finance system, for four years from 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2025. This is permitted under Regulation 32 2 (b) (ii) and iii due to technical reasons and 32 (2) (c) due to technical reasons, and in cases of extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseen or attributable to the contracting authority.
