London Borough of Southwark are carrying out an early market engagement in relation to social inclusion supported accommodation services and are seeking your input and views as we want to work with partners to help shape these services. We are working to ensure that when we do proceed with our procurement that we have as much accurate information as possible to ensure these are successful. We welcome your views and responses to the following questionnaire.

We are procuring social inclusion supported accommodation services that support people with a range of needs including mental health needs across multiple sites in Southwark. A draft extract for the new service specification is attached for your information.

We are seeking your feedback on your interest in bidding for these services and specifically want to know more about any housing stock you may have access to in the borough that could be used to deliver this type of supported accommodation.
